This thesis is part of the European project H2020 N° 723402, "Smart Morphing & Sensing for aeronautical configurations" (http://smartwing.org/SMS/EU/), and its main objective is to carry out the design and prototyping of an aircraft wing on a scale close to 1 with its morphing high-lift flap for wind tunnel studies in take-off and landing configurations. It is thus a multidisciplinary project combining new actuators and electroactive sensors to increase aerodynamic efficiency and reduce vibrations and noise in order to improve the overall aerodynamic performance of aircraft.
