This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress and Job Insecurity on Work Loss. The population in this study is Courier Employees at Expedition Services in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 145 samples were obtained. The results showed that work stress had a positive and significant effect on courier employee job satisfaction in expedition services in Palembang City, and job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on courier employee job satisfaction in expedition services in Palembang City.
