PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN SHIFT KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN INDOMARET DI PALEMBANG

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work shifts on the performance of Indomaret employees in the city of Palembang. The population in this study are employees who work at Indomaret. The research was conducted using the convention sampling method as a technique in determining the sample, the sample used was employees who worked at several Indomaret Palembang cities, totaling 105 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work stress and work shifts affect the performance of Indomaret employees in Palembang. Keywords: Stress Work, Shift Work and Performance
