This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of motivation and workload to the employess performance of PT. Budi Gema Gempita Lahat. The population in this study is the employees of PT. Budi Gema Gempita Lahat. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondentsthis. study use secondary and primary data. This test uses simple linear regression mode. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the SPSS 26 tool. The t-test results show that motivation and workload has a positive and significant effect on employess performance of PT.
