Ensayo de tracción a composite elaborado a partir de fibras y aglutinantes naturales

The present investigation consists of the elaboration of composite from fibers and natural binders to carry out the tensile test, this arises from the need to take advantage of the natural resources that we have in nature in a main way that allows the use of natural fibers. Which are often waste generated in different industries and in turn the use of a type of natural binder. Composites offer superior mechanical properties by combining different components, making them ideal for a wide range of applications in various industries. In particular, the use of natural fibers and binders in the manufacture of composites has gained attention due to its potential to create more sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. The elaboration of the composite is considered important, so for an organization or industry its use is quite fundamental regarding prices, allowing not only saving money but also contributing or contributing to the reduction of environmental pollution. The fibers and natural binders to be used as a matrix for the elaboration of the composite. The creation of the binder was carried out using 45% wheat flour, 40% water and 15% white vinegar and this in turn is mixed with the selected fibers being coconut, raft, abaca and pineapple. The selection of the fibers for the elaboration of the composite was carried out by means of four types of configuration between fibers that in the end it was possible to determine that the best composition has the composite made from coconut, raft, pineapple and abaca fibers.La presente investigación consiste en la elaboración de composite a partir de fibras y aglutinantes naturales para realizar el ensayo de tracción, esto surge frente a la necesidad de aprovechar los recursos naturales que tenemos en la naturaleza de manera principal que permita el aprovechamiento de las fibras naturales que muchas veces son desperdicios que se generan en las diferentes industrias y a su vez el uso de un tipo de aglutinante natural. Los composites ofrecen propiedades mecánicas superiores al combinar diferentes componentes, lo que los hace ideales para una amplia gama de aplicaciones en diversas industrias. En particular, el uso de fibras y aglutinantes naturales en la fabricación de composites ha ganado atención debido a su potencial para crear materiales más sostenibles y respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Se considera importante la elaboración del composite por lo que para una organización o industria su uso resulta bastante fundamental referente a precios, permitiendo no solo ahorro de dinero sino además aportando o contribuyendo a la reducción de la contaminación ambiental. Las fibras y aglutinantes naturales a usar como una matriz para la elaboración del composite. La creación del aglutinante se lo realizo usando harina de trigo 45%, agua 40% y vinagre blanco 15% y este a su vez se mezcla con las fibras seleccionadas siendo el coco, balsa, abacá y piña. La selección de las fibras para la elaboración del composite se la llevo a cabo mediante cuatro tipos de configuración entre fibras que al final se logró determinar que la mejor composición tiene el composite elaborado a partir de fibras de coco, balsa, piña y abacá
