Platelet dysfunction is a major systemic consequence of Diabetes mellitus (DM), a health issue with a rising prevalence that affects people all over the world. Methodology: 120 individuals with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus were separated into groups with and without vascular issues for the research. In accordance with recognized DM diagnostic criteria, we evaluated a number of variables, including Plateletcrit (PCT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), and blood glucose levels. Strict inclusion/exclusion criteria and ethical guidelines were meticulously followed during data collection.
