Children are the future of a family, nation or country. Their existence cannot be denied. Children's presence is considered in all spheres of life. Similarly, they have their quota in the literary field as well. Of course, writing for children is an art and not an easy task. Perhaps this is the reason why the number of children's writers is less in Urdu literature especially female writers as compared to other genres. From day one, critics have been crying that the pace of children's literature in Pakistan, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is slower than a tortoise's gait. Women writers can be counted on fingers. This analysis is somewhat correct that in the beginning, our writers ignored this genre and acted carelessly, but in the 21st century, there is an increase in the promotion of children's literature in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by female writers. In order to be relevant to the topic, this article has been created in the context of published books for children written by women.
