The Concept of Crimes and Punishments in Islamic Political and Legal Systems

It not very difficult to understand the Islamic political and legal system, because they are not difficult and complicated in nature. We know that without security and stability, the welfare and development of the people is impossible. In this research article, we try to make it simple to understand the Political and legal systems of Islam by drawing the comparison between the two systems--- the Islamic system and the Western system. The qualitative method of research is used to describe the comprehensive study of the Islamic legal system. The data is attained from the reliable sources.
