Artificial Intelligence (AI) has entered many areas of human life along with its development, and the field of civil procedural law is no exception. This study aims to see how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to develop Indonesian civil procedural law. This research is normative legal research or secondary data based on what has been written, namely from previous research. Secondary data is from legal sources such as books, court decisions, and papers. The Civil Code, study journals of earlier studies, and laws are all examples of secondary legal sources used in this research.
