This study aimed to examine psychological factors influence on hemodialysis compliance by chronic kidney disease patients at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret. The goal of the study was to find out whether psychological factors which includes depression affected the patients’ levels of compliance to hemodialysis. The study was guided by the principles of Reality therapy. Cross-sectional research design was used for the study. Simple random sampling was used to select a sample for the study where Slovin\u27s method was used to select a sample of 133 patients to take part in the study.
