This study aims to discuss the opportunities and challenges in implementing bureaucratic reform in the procurement of goods and services based on e-procurement. The method used was literature review (library research). Data were obtained from various sources such as books, journals, online platforms, legislation, and other relevant sources related to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The results of this study show that e-procurement is part of bureaucratic reform, particularly in the procurement of goods and services.
