Hadits dalam presfektif Ormas Persis

The emergence of reform as an impact of modernism with the slogan "return to the Koran and the Sunnah" marks the emergence of considerable attention to hadith, which is marked by the existence of hadith books that are used as curriculum teaching materials in surau, madrasah and pesantren. However, this invitation was not agreed upon by all Muslim circles because there were many parties who thought that the invitation was intended only for those whose positions were not yet on the path of the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah or the hadith of the Prophet, peace be upon him. In contrast to PERSIS, which is a modern movement in the form of a social organization engaged in education and religion in Indonesia, which echoes the slogan above. Therefore, the discussion of hadith in PERSIS's view is important. In this simple article the writer tries to explore the EXACT view of the concept of hadith or sunnah, its position, the authenticity of hadith as a source of Islamic law, and its application in exploring the law of a problem or case. The EXACT view of the hadith in the author's observations can be seen from the things determined by the Council of Hisbah as well as those stated by A. Hasan regarding the hadith. From the author's investigation that in general there is nothing really new, let alone considered deviating from the general provisions agreed upon by the number of hadith scholars from the definition, the position of hadith in tasyri and its relationship with the Koran, the classification of hadith to the method of mengistinbath. law with hadith evidence, therefore the writer sees that PERSIS's assumption is very rigid in seeing a problem, especially if it is related to religion is not correct. Because in reality it is not as stiff as expected. Abstrak  Munculnya pembaharuan sebagai dampak modernisme dengan slogannya “kembali kepada Al-Quran dan sunnah†menandai munculnya perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap hadis, yang ditandai oleh adanya kitab-kitab hadis yang dijadikan bahan ajar kurikulum di surau, madrasah, dan pesantren. Namun ajakan tersebut tidaklah disepakati oleh semua kalangan umat Islam karena ada banyak  pihak yang menganggap ajakan tersebut lebih diperuntukkan hanya bagi yang posisinya memang belum berada pada jalur ajaran Al-Quran dan Sunah atau hadis Nabi, saw. Berbeda dengan PERSIS, yang merupakan salah satu gerakan modern yang berupa organisasi sosial yang bergerak pada bidang pendidikan dan keagamaan di Indonesia yang menggaungkan slogan di atas. Oleh karenanya pembahasan hadis dalam pandangan PERSIS menjadi penting. Dalam tulisan yang sederhana ini penulis mencoba menggali pandangan PERSIS terhadap konsep hadis atau sunah, kedudukannya, kehujjahan hadis sebagai sumber hukum Islam, dan penerepannya dalam menggali hukum suatu masalah atau kasus. Pandangan PERSIS terhadap hadis dalam pengamatan penulis dapat dilihat dari apa-apa yang ditetapkan oleh Dewan Hisbah maupun yang dikemukakan oleh A. Hasan terhadap hadis. Dari penelusuran penulis bahwa secara umum tidak terdapat hal yang benar-benar baru apalagi dianggap menyimpang dari ketentuan-ketentuan umum yang telah disepakati oleh jumhur ulama hadis dari mulai definisi, kedudukan hadis dalam tasyri dan hubungannya dengan Al-Quran, klasifikasi hadis sampai pada cara mengistinbath hukum dengan hujjah hadis, karenanya penulis melihat bahwa anggapan PERSIS sangat kaku dalam melihat suatu persoalan apalagi kaitannya dengan agama adalah tidak tepat.
