Criminal Law Policy Regarding Rehabilitation Actions for Children as Perpetrators of Crimes of Sexual Violence

One of the problems children face as a problem for their environment is sexual activity which seems to lead to negative things. This is said to be negative because children behave and behave in deviant ways, this can be proven by the existence of various kinds of sexual behavior that are channeled incorrectly. Every individual is prohibited from committing sexual violence, then individuals who do so will receive sanctions in the form of fines and criminal sentences for many years. For policies regarding rehabilitation measures in handling children's cases in the Legal Area of the Cilacap District Court, especially children's cases Number: 04/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN.Clp. The approach method used in this legal research is normative juridical. Normative juridical research is research that focuses on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the rehabilitation action policy was decided in handling cases of children as perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence in the jurisdiction of the Cilacap District Court. Cases of children in conflict with the law in the Cilacap District Court area were handled using a rehabilitation action approach and various Juvenile Judge's considerations in determining rehabilitation action policies using a restorative justice approach in deciding cases such as the best policy for the child's future
