La eficacia real de los derechos humanos desde una perspectiva sociológica

The aim of this article is to identify some socio-legal elements that must be included in the construction of a concept of human rights, capable of adapting to the modern social complexity and the difficulties in the implementation of the same, with the intention of being useful For the measurement of the effectiveness of human rights and the functions they fulfill in a specific society through the use of some sociological notions of vital and pertinent contribution in these moments of notorious violations of the human rights of subjects at all levels that some actors systematically exercise and others who isolate themselves or take distance, allowing their actions to cross borders towards new modalities of human rights violations .   Lo que pretende este artículo es identificar algunos elementos socio-jurídicos que deben incluirse en la construcción de un concepto de derechos humanos, capaz de adaptarse a la complejidad social moderna y a las dificultades en la implementación de los mismos, con la intención de poder ser útil para la medición de la efectividad de los derechos humanos y de las funciones que ellos cumplen en una sociedad concreta a través del uso de algunas nociones sociológicas de aporte vital y pertinente en estos momentos de notorias violaciones a los derechos humanos de sujetos a todo nivel que algunos actores ejercen de manera sistemática y otros que se aíslan o toman distancia permitiéndoles que sus acciones pasen fronteras hacia nuevas modalidades de violaciones a los derechos humanos. &nbsp
