This study aims to investigate the application of contextual learning in increasing the activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students in SD 1 Cengkok, Nggrogot, Kab. sleepy. The research design used was a classroom action research design involving two cycles. The material used is science material about force and motion. Data was collected through observation and tests/quizzes. The results of the study show that the application of contextual learning has a positive effect on students' active participation and a deeper understanding of science concepts. All students experienced an increase in learning outcomes with scores above the average. This research provides important implications for educational practitioners to apply contextu...
