As we know, schools are required to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this research is to create a school principal's policy to lead and manage school activities and in conclusion it can improve teacher performance, so as to improve student learning achievement, provide Human Resources (HR) and improve teacher performance through managing activities in schools that built by the principal
