Gastronomic creative cities constitute an opportunity for the development of sustainable and responsible tourism. The objective of this study is to propose a theoretical and practical procedure for the commercialization of the offer of food and beverage services located in the capital of Portoviejo. The methods and procedures for data collection, analysis, and interpretation of the results, which contributed to the development of the research, were descriptive and documentary.Among the main results is the creation of snacks and cocktails with ingredients derived from the intangible gastronomic heritage of manabita.
