Oscar Niemeyer in Château La Coste: modern to the end

The recent inauguration of the Oscar Niemeyer Pavilion in the tourist complex of the Château La Coste winery (2022), in France, is taken by this article as an opportunity to raise questions about the methodological procedures of the Brazilian architect. Recurrent aspects are recognized in his way of designing, which go back to the period when his work matured, in the 1940s and 1950s.
