In this study, the effect of multisensory imagery in conjunction with movement on golf putting performance was investigated Four intercollegiate golfers, two men age 19 and 20 years old, and two women age 19 and 20 years old, competing at the NCAA Division I level participated Using a multiple-baseline across subjects design (Kazdm, 1978), performance was evaluated prior to and following the imagery intervention, which was introduced to participants in staggered fashion over a period of one week. Visual inspection of the results, and social validation by participants, revealed that the imagery intervention was effective in enhancing the performance of all four golfers
