ABSTRACT During the pandemic, all sectors, including trade in cosmetic products, experienced a decline. Dr. X's beauty clinic in Bekasi has more than 2,000 members, where during this pandemic the number of customers for Dr. X's beauty clinic has not decreased too much. This proves that dr.X beauty clinic has loyal customers. The purpose of this study was to obtain the influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach by filling out questionnaires online via the Google form and as many as 403 respondents were sampled in the study.
