The focus is on practical issues faced by school counselors as they implement a school counseling program, work with students, colleagues, and families, and manage role responsibilities effectively. The course content will be delivered using a combination of lecture, discussion, experiential activities, individual, and group projects. Field based learning, when available, may be a component of this course
