The purpose of the present study is to examine the school organizational climate and the instructions & supports by cooperating teachers in teaching practice. The data was collected from 93 student teachers and 34 cooperating teachers. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) Student teachers and cooperating teachers have recognized that they acquired competency of teaching, competency of understanding children, and attitude as a teacher through the teaching practice. 2) Student teachers and cooperating teachers have recognized that cooperating teachers give instructions and supports to student teachers during teaching practice. 3) There are no difference between student teachers' consciousness and cooperating teachers' consciousness ...
