Cancer-associated retinopathy (CAR) is a rare entity with no universally accepted treatment algorithm and poor visual prognosis. We describe a CAR case in a patient with excellent response to high dose steroids and plasma exchange treatment (PLEX) and systematically review all the published literature addressing treatment and its efficacy
