Ocular neuromyotonia is an uncommon condition classically associated with post-radiation changes. It is defined as slowing of a saccade to primary position in one eye only after sustained lateral gaze. We present 25 cases seen by the author, only one of whom had previously undergone radiation for a parasellar mass. MS was the most common diagnosis
