Abstract

We present a novel case of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) with associated optic neuropathy, rapidly progressive cognitive impairment, generalized neuromyopathy, and gastrointestinal dysautonomia(GID). Condition showed overall dramatic improvement with IV Immunoglobulins (IVIg)
