This study aims to determine the effect of gender and environmen work on employee performance at the Regional Water Company Office (PDAM) Majene Regency. This type of research uses quantitative types, research data sources primary and secondary. Research Location at Regional Water Company Office (PDAM) Majene Regency Jl. Andi Pangeran Pettarani No. 15, Majene Regency. The population in the study was 58 employees. the number of samples obtained is 58 employees as respondents. Data analysis using Likert scale method assisted by the SPSS version 21 program.
