Effect of Principal Leadership Role on Secondary Schools Culture in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The aim (purpose) of this study is to determine the relationship and effect of principal leadership role on school culture. The population of the study was all the secondary schools in 5 zones of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A sample of 650 secondary schools from all the 5 districts of Zone-2 was taken randomly (lottery method). Multi- stage sampling technique was used. The data were collected personally through Leadership Inventory and Culture Inventory questionnaires and pilot study was conducted for finding the reliability of the questionnaires. Five likert scale answers were used in both the questionnaires ( Agree, Strongly Agree, Neutral, Disagree , Strongly Disagree).The data were analyzed through SPSS. The values of the two types of data of LPI and SCI are 0.877 and 0.904. The Regression Model Process Marco by Andrew F. Hayes was used to find out the relationship and effect of principal leadership role and school culture. As a result, it's important for principals to consider how their leadership strategies and attitudes contribute to a healthy school culture. All of the factors of leadership and all of the factors of school culture had a strong and important relationship, according to the results of this report
