The study aims to investigate the association between HR system and employee engagement through HR positive attributions. Data collection is done through a survey-based questionnaire from 230 employees of telecom firms of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The data is analyzed through PROCESS Macros along with other statistical tests. The results of the study show full mediation of employee HR employee attributions between HR system and employee engagement. These findings highlight that not only the investments and efforts made by management on the HR system but communication and clear signals regarding those efforts play an important part in the development of attributions and resultant positive outcomes.
