It depended on bold market-ization and liberalization policy until the first half in 2000’s from 1980’s. It was chosen as the government support policy represented by a subsidy policy after the second half in 2000’s. A small farmland is piled up by large-scale farm on Chinese agriculture rapidly at present, and large-scale farm is born. But a problem also exists. (1) While conversion to an efficient large-scale farming is developed, the farmer who loses farmland right to use increases. Therefore, a possibility that Chinese society becomes unstable is high.
