Jim Farrington spoke at the Texas A&M\u27s Journal of Property Law symposium last week as a member of a panel discussing the book, The Genome Defense. Stephanie Barclay has two new article drafts. Replacing Smith was accepted for publication in the Yale Law Journal Forum. A Crust of Bread: Religious Resistance and the Fourteenth Amendment, with Kurt Lash, was accepted for presentation at the upcoming Originalism Works in Progress Conference. David McIlroy spoke last Friday at the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania about business ethics in practice. Last week, Cecilia Lopez Monterrosa, an adjunct professor, was honored at the Hispanic Heritage Month Community Celebration and Awards Ceremony in South Bend.
