Objective: To determine the effectiveness of exercise-based nursing interventions in reducing fatigue associated with cancer. Methods: A scoping review was carried out, using the PubMed, CINHAL complete, BVS, Scielo databases and the academic google search engine. Studies were included if they were published in the last 10 years, in Portuguese, English or Spanish, and if they referred to exercise-based interventions, with an impact on fatigue associated with cancer, implemented exclusively by nurses. The corpus consisted of 11 articles. Results: The results obtained suggest that exercise, during or after cancer treatments, can reduce the effects of fatigue in people with different cancer diagnoses.
