Relationships between individual factors and in-hospital growth of very low birth weight (VLBW) infants have been previously investigated; however, examining these factors together and their association with growth rates during hospitalization is warranted. This study explores the relationship between infant demographics, morbidities, daily macronutrient and energy intakes, and in-hospital weight, length, and head circumference (HC) trajectories.
