A Textual Analysis: Examining the Increased Presence of Gay-Straight Alliances in High Schools and their Effect on Student School Experiences

During this study it became evident that GSAs have a positive impact on LGBTQ+ students? school experiences. Although the authors of the analyzed texts believed GSAs have a necessary and important place in schools, they also declared that GSAs are not enough.
