As the essence of our creativity and passions, it is an integral aspect of creating better organizations. In order to bring soul more fully into the workplace, we will need to appreciate the gifts it offers and the consequences of neglecting it. An organization that is not "soulful" will not be a place that encourages individuals to bring more of their energies into their work.
