grantor: University of TorontoThis thesis will explore the implications for accessibility with the introduction of an income-contingent loan repayment program. I will examine some of the problems associated with repayment and default rates connected with the current loan programs available to Ontario students, which would be addressed by a new student aid system which takes into account a graduate's income in the establishment of repayment rates.
