PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PERINGKAT OBLIGASI DENGAN PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This research aims to determine the effect of firm size, profitability and leverage to bond rating directly or indirectly. Bond rating that used in this research was issued by PT Pefindo on period 2016-2017. The population was 50 companies but after collected based on purposive sampling technique the sample on this research was 16 companies. The method of analysis used path analysis and sobel test to measure directly and indirectly effect. The result shows that firm size, and leverage have effect on bond rating, meanwhile firm size also have an effect to profitability. Profitability and leverage as intervening variable could not give mediation effect on firm size to bond rating. Keywords: Bond Rating, Firm Size, Profitability and Leverag
