Pengaruh Media Pembelajaraan Gambar Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Puisi Siswa Sekolah Dasar

This study aims to describe the effect of using media images on poetry writing skills in elementary schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, and the method used is descriptive method. This study focuses on the presentation of descriptive words or sentences that are arranged systematically. Collecting data in this study is by conducting a literature study. Based on the results of the review of the literature study, it was concluded that "Image media greatly influences the poetry writing skills of elementary school level students". This influence can be seen from: 1) increasing the ability or learning outcomes of students, 2) increasing the activity of students, 3) increasing students' learning motivation, 4) increasing the enthusiasm of students in writing poetry, 5) increasing the creativity and imagination of students, 6) teachers are facilitated in delivering material information to students, 7) students are easy to absorb the material presented by the teacher; and 8) there is a change in behavior that occurs in student
