Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD Berbasis Saintifik pada Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Deskripsi di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Bengkulu Tengah

Learning to Write Descriptive Texts in Class VII SMP Negeri 14 Bengkulu Tengah. This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on a scientific approach in learning to write descriptive texts in class VII SMP Negeri 14 Bengkulu Tengah. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) based on the Borg and Gall development model but is limited to 7 stages because researchers have limited time and funds. The results of the material expert validator: material expert 1 achieves the "Good" criteria with a percentage of 70% and material expert 2 achieves the "Very Good" criteria with a percentage of 91%. Results from media/design experts: media expert 1 achieves the criteria of "Very Good" with a percentage of 100% and media expert 2 achieves the criteria of "Very Good" with a percentage of 92%. The results of the linguist validator: linguist 1 achieves the "Very Good" criteria with a percentage of 88% and linguist 2 achieves the "Very Good" criteria with a percentage of 90%. While the responses of students obtained "Very Good" results through small group trials involving 10 students achieving the criteria of "Very Good" with a percentage of 88% and the results of large group trials involving 20 people achieving the criteria of "Very Good" with a percentage of 90 %. It can be concluded that the LKPD based on a scientific approach to learning to write descriptive text in class VII SMP Negeri 14 Bengkulu Tengah which was developed is very suitable for use as teaching material
