Blending learning in Saudi merge between face-to-face and Learning management system. However; it has been reported in many prior studies that there is low usage of Learning Management Systems among Saudi students. Researchers tried to come up with conclusion to interpret the low usage and main determinants behind it. Researchers targeted management, academicians and students to investigate this issue.
