Enhancing the quality of teaching promotes a sustainable educational ecosystem, hence recognising the importance of Visible Learning. This study aimed to explore lecturers’ perspectives of Visible Learning and the predictor mindframes of Visible Learning, which significantly contributed to the student’s academic achievement. This study adopted a mixed-methods approach involving 93 lecturers in a private university. The findings revealed that lecturers positively viewed Visible Learning and believed that providing feedback, knowing the impact of their teaching, and engaging students impacted students’ academic achievement.
