Protection of critical infrastructures and basic elements of alignment with the Council Directive 2008/114/EC

The complexity of crisis and emergency situations, in particular the fact that their occurrences threaten critical assets that are essentially involved in the normal functioning process of the society, has led most states to develop a variety of activities and measures for their protection. In this regard, the Republic of Serbia is, in the process of accession to the EU, to adopt a law on critical infrastructures, which will be aligned with elements of the Directive 2008/114/EC
