The article’s aim was analyze teachers’ and principals’ perceptions of a public elementary and high school, in the state of São Paulo, about Human Rights Education, to understand how it was conceived and experienced in the school and whether its principles were part, or not, of conflict mediation processes. The problematizing question was: what is the knowledge of this school team about Human Rights Education and how it reflects, or not, in their daily lives, especially in conflict mediation processes?
