The objective of this study was to quantify and analyze the level of anthropic changes and its relations with land use, land cover, and soil types in the Diamantino river sub-basin, Mato Grosso State. For this purpose, satellite images of Landsat-5 and Landsat-8 were used, which were processed and classified with the Spring software. The thematic classes were quantified using the ARCgis software. The degree of human disturbance was verified by the Anthropic Transformation Index. The soil types in the basin were quantified, considering a cut-out of the Soils Map from Mato Grosso State, also using ARCgis.
