Performance esportiva de adolescentes: influências psicológicas externas

To study, to understand and to analyze the effects of the supporter and of the media on adolescent athletes, in sporting moments, demand a select revision among subjects in constant effervescence, in the Sociology, Philosophy and Psychology of the Sport. This way, the direction option was for we discuss the Adolescence, the Anxiety and the Aggressiveness theoretically and, later, the supporter, to the light of the Sporting Psychology, leaving then for the analyses of the speeches picked in the field research. High published indexes, now, for the Brazilian press, about the violence and aggressiveness in the stadiums, involving adolescents besides, they turn necessary the research of the sport practiced by youths, as well as the forms of manifestation of the aggressiveness and anxiety presented in the sporting competitions, so much for the players as for the fans, in an explicit situation of cause - effect. Understanding that these external psychological influences can come to be responsible for other and more serious compromising of the mental health, besides the social maladjustments, our research, of the participant type, used of interview and questionnaires, with close to 500 young athletes, classifying the collected answers and analyzing - the to the light of that that of more modern we have in Sporting Psychology. Developing data of larger need of attention with the adolescents' sporting practice, as well as a better interaction parents - technicians are here answers to the initial questions. Objectively, this research sends to a larger reflection about the need of treating the Sport Psychology as one of the sciences of the sport of the highest intervention possibility, with the support and the complexity of interactions for her made possible. Such perceptions were us last due to the possibilities of the professionals' of the Physical education direct performance, Sport, parents and educators that have direct contact with a school or competitive sporting practice, as we verified, in elapsing of the collection of data.Estudar, compreender e analisar os efeitos da torcida e da mídia sobre atletas adolescentes, em momentos esportivos, demanda uma apurada revisão entre questões em constante efervescência, na Sociologia, Filosofia e Psicologia do Esporte. Desta forma, a opção de encaminhamento foi por discutirmos teoricamente a Adolescência, a Ansiedade e a Agressividade e, posteriormente, a torcida, à luz da Psicologia Esportiva, partindo então para as análises dos discursos colhidos na pesquisa de campo. Altos índices divulgados, atualmente, pela imprensa brasileira, sobre a violência e agressividade nos estádios, envolvendo inclusive adolescentes, tornam necessária a pesquisa do esporte praticado por jovens, bem como as formas de manifestação da agressividade e ansiedade apresentadas nas competições esportivas, tanto pelos jogadores como pelos torcedores, numa situação explícita de causa- efeito. Entendendo que estas influências psicológicas externas possam vir a ser responsáveis por outros e mais sérios comprometimentos da saúde mental, além dos desajustes sociais, nossa pesquisa, do tipo participante, utilizou de entrevista e questionários, com perto de 500 jovens atletas, categorizando as respostas coletadas e analisando- as à luz daquilo que de mais moderno temos em Psicologia Esportiva. Dados reveladores de maior necessidade de atenção com a prática esportiva de adolescentes, bem como uma melhor interação pais- técnicos são respostas aos questionamentos aqui iniciados. Objetivamente, esta pesquisa remete a uma maior reflexão sobre a necessidade de se tratar a Psicologia do Esporte como uma das ciências do esporte da mais alta possibilidade de intervenção, tendo em vista o suporte e a complexidade de interações por ela possibilitadas, bem como refinar as formas de atuação de seus especialistas. Tais percepções nos foram passadas diante das possibilidades de atuação direta dos profissionais da Educação Física, Esporte, pais e educadores que têm contato direto com uma prática esportiva escolar ou competitiva, conforme constatamos, no decorrer da coleta de dados
