Objectives Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, most research has focused on its acute pathophysiology, yet some people tend to experience persisting symptoms beyond the acute phase of infection, referred to as post COVID-19 condition (PCC). However, evidence on PCC is still scarce.
