Papel del colectivo pedagógico en la formación de valores de los estudiantes de carreras de perfil pedagógico en la Universidad de Granma (Revisión)

The present research is related to the role to be developed by the pedagogical team in Cuban educational institutions, mainly in Cuban universities at the present time for the achievement of the formation of values ​​of students of careers with a pedagogical profile; it aims to explain the importance that the same it is in the training of the new generations of educators in charge of contributing with their modes of action to the fulfillment of the end of Cuban education. It´s relevance is determined by achieving its consolidation under the educational influence of graduates, the role of the school and the community tempered to the current circumstances where scientific-technical advances and cybernetics have occupied a transcendental space in the motives and interests of the young people and their lethal consequences that directly influence the deterioration of values to be transmitted in the future to their students.   La presente investigación está relacionada con el papel a desarrollar por el colectivo pedagógico de las instituciones educativas cubanas, fundamentalmente en las universidades cubanas en la actualidad, para la formación de valores en los estudiantes de carreras de perfil pedagógico; este trabajo pretende explicitar la importancia que el mismo reviste en la formación de las nuevas generaciones de educadores encargados de contribuir con sus modos de actuación al cumplimiento del fin de la Educación Cubana. Su relevancia está determinada por lograr su consolidación bajo la influencia educativa de los egresados, el papel de la escuela y la comunidad atemperadas a las actuales circunstancias donde los adelantos científico-técnicos y la cibernética han ocupado un espacio trascendental en los motivos e intereses de los jóvenes y sus letales consecuencias que influyen de manera directa en el deterioro de valores a trasmitir en un futuro a sus educandos.  &nbsp
