This study aimed to discover the effect of different type of exercise and forms of recovery on selective attention performance among UNIMAS students whose age level is similar. The research on young adults is neglected when research on attention is primarily focused on children with ADHD even though some research suggests that some components of cognitive function; attention, may begin to deteriorate in early adulthood.
