Effects of docetaxel on apoptosis and cellular viability in DU145 and DU145 KD cells.

(A) DU145 and (B) DU145 KD cells were incubated with vehicle (0.1% DMSO), 3 nM, or 30 nM docetaxel for 24, 48 or 72 h. Annexin V and PI staining was quantified at each time point. The percent of viable cells appears in the lower left quadrant while apoptotic cells appear in the upper and lower right quadrants.
