Vaginal delivery is the common and safest standard model of childbirth worldwide. However, it is associated with perineal trauma, which limits the woman’s mobility, quality of life, and ability to care for her baby comfortably. The study aimed to test the effectiveness of perineal cold pack application on postpartum perineal pain and timely breastfeeding initiation among post-delivery mothers after Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery (SVD).
