I attended this congress because it addressed the role of mixed methodological approaches and mixed perspectives in research. This issue is directly relevant to my research because I need to observe female viewers’ processing experience both at the group and individual levels in order to demonstrate its results. Many research presentations in this congress showcased using mixed methods. This theme was also highlighted at the conference plenary.
